Our teaching team reflects the global community we serve. Staff members from across Europe, North America, Australia, Asia, and beyond bring an extraordinary breadth of experience and cultural perspective to every classroom. All teachers at DISV hold recognised qualifications and many hold IB-specific training credentials, ensuring that the highest standards of international education are upheld throughout the school.

With a 5:1 student-to-staff ratio, our teachers have the time and capacity to truly know each student — their learning style, their passions, and the areas where they need encouragement or challenge. This personal attention is one of the things that distinguishes a DISV education from larger institutions.

Beyond the classroom, DISV staff mentor student clubs and activities, lead service learning projects, coach sports teams, and contribute to a school culture where every learner feels seen and supported.
