How to Apply — DISV Admissions

Step 1 — Initial Enquiry

Contact the Registrar at registrar@danubeschool.com or +43 1 720 31 10 to discuss your child's needs and check space availability. We are happy to answer any questions about programmes, year groups, and school life at DISV.

Step 2 — Application Form

Complete the online application form and submit supporting documents including birth certificate, previous school reports, and a language assessment if applicable. Our team will guide you through each requirement.

Step 3 — Assessment Day

Depending on age group, your child may be invited to spend a day at DISV so we can understand their learning needs. This is a relaxed and supportive experience designed to help us plan the best welcome for your child.

Step 4 — Offer of Place

Upon a successful assessment, you will receive an offer of place. A registration deposit confirms the place and begins the enrolment process. Our team will be in touch with next steps.

Step 5 — Welcome to DISV!

Before the first day, families receive orientation information, uniform fitting details, and everything needed to prepare your child for a confident and happy start at Danube International School Vienna.
